- 1 tin (397g) condensed milk
- 400g icing sugar
- 300g desiccated coconut
- Red Food Colouring
- Mix all the ingredients together excluding the food colouring.
- Split mixture into two separate bowls and mix in food colouring to one bowl.
- Form each half into a rectangle and place on top of each other.
- Put in fridge to chill for at least 2 hour and then cut into chunks. Try not to devour all in one go!
